1. Summary
Clarity Readout is operated by Volodymyr Pletnov, an individual based in Ukraine. It is a self-discovery product. Users complete short quizzes and may receive an AI-style personal readout based on their answers and aggregate scoring.
We designed the product to minimize data collection.

- Raw quiz answers are not stored on our server.
- Raw quiz answers are deleted after local scoring.
- We store only limited aggregate result data in your browser.
- Paid access is verified on our server.
- Payment information is processed by our payment provider.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your raw quiz answers for advertising targeting.
- We do not provide medical, clinical, psychiatric, psychological, or diagnostic services.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to our website, quiz pages, AI readout experience, payment return pages, progressive web app, Telegram Mini App and bot features if used, analytics systems, and error-monitoring systems if enabled.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, apps, or services operated by third parties, even if they are linked from our product.
3. Information We Process
3.1 Quiz Answers
When you answer quiz questions, your raw answers are stored temporarily in your browser's session storage during the active quiz. We use these answers to calculate your aggregate result locally in your browser.
After scoring is complete, raw quiz answers are deleted from session storage. We do not store raw quiz answers on our server.
3.2 Aggregate Result Data
After a quiz is scored, we may store limited aggregate result data in your browser, such as quiz slug, profile ID, profile name if already revealed, scale scores, teaser summary or result state, completion timestamp, and result version.
This data is stored locally in your browser so that you can return to your result flow without restarting the quiz.
3.3 AI Readout Context
After completing a quiz, you may be asked what your AI readout should focus on. This may include selected focus chips, such as Relationships, Focus, Work, or Communication, and an optional short note you provide.
The optional note is limited in length. We store this readout context temporarily in browser session storage. It may be sent to our server only when needed to generate or retrieve your unlocked readout.
We do not send your optional note to analytics providers or payment providers.
3.4 Account and Session Data
You do not need to create an account to use the product. We may create an anonymous session to connect your browser session to purchase status, verify paid access, restore access during the same session or device flow, and prevent unauthorized access to paid readouts.
This session is managed through a secure, HttpOnly cookie when available.
3.5 Payment and Purchase Data
When you make a purchase, payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record, including Creem. We do not store your full card number, card security code, or complete payment credentials.
We may receive limited payment-related information, such as order ID, product purchased, payment status, purchase timestamp, refund or chargeback status, anonymous session reference, and test slug for the purchased readout.
We use this information to verify access to paid readouts.
3.6 Telegram Data
If you use our Telegram Mini App or Telegram bot, we may process limited Telegram-related information, such as Telegram user ID or hashed identifier, username or display name if provided by Telegram, bot commands you send, Mini App launch parameters, and payment event metadata for Telegram Stars payments if enabled.
We use this information to provide the Telegram experience, route users to tests, and verify paid access when applicable.
3.7 Analytics Data
If analytics are enabled, we may collect limited product analytics events, such as page viewed, test started, quiz completed, AI context step viewed, paywall viewed, purchase started, purchase completed, readout revealed, share button clicked, and local data cleared.
We do not send raw quiz answers, optional note text, full AI readout text, or paid readout text to analytics providers.
3.8 Technical Data
We may automatically process technical information such as browser type, device type, operating system, approximate region derived from IP address, pages visited, referring page, timestamps, error logs, performance logs, and cookie or session identifiers.
We use this information to operate, secure, debug, and improve the product.
4. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
We do not intentionally collect government ID numbers, precise geolocation, contact lists, microphone recordings, camera recordings, biometric identifiers, medical records, clinical diagnosis data, protected health information under HIPAA, or raw quiz answers on our server.
You should not enter sensitive personal information into optional note fields.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to provide quizzes, calculate aggregate results locally, prepare AI-style readouts, display post-completion readout options, verify paid access, deliver unlocked readouts, process refunds or payment issues, prevent fraud and abuse, improve product quality, fix bugs, analyze funnel performance, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
6. AI Readout Features
Our AI readout experience is designed to turn your quiz result into a personal readout. The readout may use your aggregate quiz result, profile ID, scale scores, selected focus areas, and optional note if you provide one.
We do not use raw quiz answers for advertising targeting.
In the current version, we do not send raw quiz answers to third-party AI providers. If we later add third-party AI infrastructure, we will update this Privacy Policy as needed.
9. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. When you pay for a readout or bundle, your payment details are handled by the payment provider, not directly by us.
We may receive purchase confirmation information so that we can unlock access to your paid readout. Payment providers may process information under their own privacy policies.
10. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
| Data Type | Retention |
|---|---|
| Raw quiz answers | Deleted after local scoring or session expiration |
| AI readout context | Temporary session storage, usually up to 12 hours |
| Aggregate result cache | Stored in browser until cleared by user or browser |
| Entitlement records | Retained as needed to verify access, handle refunds, and maintain records |
| Payment metadata | Retained as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and support |
| Analytics events | Retained according to analytics provider settings |
| Server logs | Retained for operational and security purposes |
You may clear local browser data at any time.
11. Your Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to personal information, request deletion or correction, object to or restrict certain processing, opt out of certain analytics or marketing uses, request information about how data is shared, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To make a request, contact us at clarity-readout-support@lorvium.com. Because the product is mostly accountless, we may need limited information to verify your request.
12. California Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California privacy law, depending on whether those laws apply to us.
These rights may include the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, request correction, know whether personal information is sold or shared, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use raw quiz answers for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required opt-out mechanisms.
13. Children's Privacy
Clarity Readout is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us at clarity-readout-support@lorvium.com.
If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without required consent, we will delete it as required by law.
Users under 18 should use the product only with permission from a parent or guardian.
14. International Users
Our services may be operated from the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. If you use the product from outside your country, your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws.
15. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. These may include minimizing server-side data collection, processing raw answers locally, deleting raw answers after scoring, using HTTPS, using HttpOnly cookies where appropriate, limiting access to server-side secrets, storing payment status separately from quiz answers, and avoiding storage of raw answers on the server.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
16. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Signals
Some browsers offer Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Because we do not sell personal information and do not use raw quiz answers for targeted advertising, these signals may not change the core operation of the product.
If we later add advertising or data-sharing practices that require opt-out signals, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement required controls.
17. Third-Party Links
Our product may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. You should review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required.
